Several homes on Garland's 11th Street and in nearby historic Embree will be decorated for Christmas and open to the public during "Magial Candlelight Christmas-town 2022" from 5-9 p.m. Friday, December 2. Carolers and other performing groups will fill the air with Christmas music on two performing stages as people stroll outdoors. The event also features horse-drawn carriage rides, costumed interpreters, photo ops with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a live nativity, a crafts booth, and hot cocoa. Sponsored by Friends of Garland's Historic Magic 11th Street, "Magical Candlelight Christmas-town" will help ring in the holiday in a memorable way.
