Event Details
Students in kindergarten-8th grade are invited to join Alpha's Workshop Days, hosted by Alpha Dallas. Students will have the opportunity to build critical life skills as they participate in two of Alpha's classic workshops, Alpha Mad Scientists and Dream Team.
Alpha Mad Scientists
Welcome to Alpha Mad Scientists, MUAHAHHAHAHA! Students will practice self-agency and develop Focus and Intensity as they become mad scientists and engage in science challenges, learning everything from Physics to Chemistry in the process.
Dream Team
Teamwork and communication are the name of the game in this workshop! Students will combine Focus and Intensity and Giving and Receiving Feedback as they participate in a series of challenges that can only be completed by communicating with each other and relying on each other's unique strengths.
SPACE IS LIMITED! Please RSVP Here: https://www.paperlesspost.com/go/VjaWaBjTv45NwqFnQ42dJ
Parents will drop off at 9:30 and hear briefly from our Campus Director. They can then leave and pick students up at 12:00 PM.
Sometimes, shaking up tradition is exactly what's needed to inspire a revolution. At Alpha Dallas, we're reimagining education and paving a path to better learning for our students. Kids from kindergarten through eighth grade progress along individualized learning pathways and gain life skills that set them up for success beyond the school setting (think: computer science, public speaking, personal finance, and more). All while loving school (It's true! 97% of students say they love it here!).
Alpha makes three promises to families. Students will:
1)Love school 2)Learn 2x as fast. 3)Learn life skills
