The Irving Arts Center in partnership with the National Geographic Museum in Washington D.C.Presents Peruvian Gold, and will showcase extraordinary objects from Peru's pre-Inca heritage. A full schedule of free events is offered along with the exhibit.
Event Details
This 2013 documentary follows a young man travelling to the Andean mountains on a search to understand the origin of man and the reason for his existence. The story is driven by two hundred questions, which will end up exposing an unknown world for him and the whole of humanity. Directed by Alan Stivelman, 87 min. Spanish with English subtitles. Not Rated. There will be a Q & A session following the screening led by Richland College professor, Aditi Samarath. 2 p.m. l Dupree Theater l Free
