Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another workshop. Profits will help build a brick and mortar bakery that will be focused on women’s empowerment and inclusion through education, baking training, and community enrichment activities.

Join Kuluntu Bakery for brunch, pastry making, and a mimosa or two! Learn how to make beautiful naturally leavened pastries in your own kitchen.
During this workshop, you will learn:
-How to make naturally leavened brioche dough with sourdough starter to use in a variety of pastries, including spiced morning buns and fruit brioche buns
-How to make and maintain your own sourdough starter, the lifeblood of naturally leavened breads
Each attendee will take home freshly baked sourdough pastries.
This workshop is geared towards all levels of bakers. Brunch and beverages will be included. Please let me know if you have any allergies.
