Our mission is to "Strengthen Communities Globally through the Brilliance of Coffee" All our coffee is roasted locally in Lewisville, TX and is made upon request. My name is Aaron Packer and I am the sole owner of River Bird Coffee Community Roasting. My goal in creating this company, rose out the passion I have developed for coffee over the last nine years. I believe that coffee has the ability to unite so many across the globe and in our local community. I want River Bird Coffee Community Roasting to be a the catalyst where communities are nurtured. For now we are currently operating under the Texas Food Cottage Law(http://www.legis.state.tx.us/tlodocs/83R/billtext/html/HB00970F.htm) , which only allows us to sell at my home, a farmer’s market, a farm stand, or a municipal, county, or nonprofit fair, festival, or event.
