NOTHING BUT FISH started out at a family reunion in Birmingham, AL in 1997. That is where Herbert Cotton, owner, began to perfect his fried catfish. But don't let our name fool you, because we can do so much more than fish. We are a catering business and will cater for corporate events, family reunions, and private parties. Contact us and we can customize a menu that is within your budget needs. Along with catering we also offer holiday meals and a la carte foods. We can supply you with a Cajun deep fried turkey with all the trimmings, or just your side items: green beans, hot water cornbread, or dressing. We even offer delivery of your holiday food.
