These new residents in the neighborhood need a place to shop, eat, get gas, pick up dry cleaning, etc. Services are more inclined to locate in an area where their store-fronts will not be vandalized and even more important, the population is there to support the retail or restaurant. Bonton Honey is an ambitious experiment to give the men a unique opportunity to own a business and help spur economic development there.
