El Atoron is very famous and clean place in dallas. Everything they make is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The lengua taco is perfect, with moist juicy chunks of meat, and the huitlacoche quesadilla is plump and delicious. The quesadillas are perfectly coooked, the meat of the torta is tender and with so much flavor and the tacos where pretty good as well. The salsa is so tasty and spicy.
