The Guava Tree Truck

The Guava Tree Truck has very cool and clean place in dallas. Their sandwiches on the truck, they add sliced ham, slow roasted pork, Swiss cheese and pickles, which is then all drizzled with a guava mustard. The Cuban sandwich is very good as well, The resulting starch is strong enough to hold a mouthful of spicy black beans, fried onion strings, crumbled queso fresco, and a bit of garlic mojo sauce. The fries are really, really good. Nicely fried, big cut fingers of yucca, with black beans, crema, crumbled queso fresco, mojo sauce and even some cilantro and an olive, they are plentiful and tasty. They have great selection of local craft beer at The Guava Tree Truck.
