Filament Restaurant is very famous and clean place in dallas. It is perfectly cooked and has a smoky flavor. The ribs are also good very tender. The fried green tomatoes are amazing. The fried potato salad underneath is amazing in the restaurant. The eggs and fried green tomatoes and both of those appetizers are delicious. The Filament breakfast, a more traditional breakfast of eggs, bacon, home fries, and biscuits and gravy. The gravy is amazing. They have a great selection of local craft beer at the restaurant.
