Mercat Bistro is very famous and cool place in Dallas. The kind that when we go to the park and we have the option of sitting on the inside or the outdoors covered patio. The decor is over the top with live music heard through open windows. Beef tartar, shisto peppers, and a seafood cocktail. The locally sourced ingredients, talented chefs, French flare, beautiful setting and wonderful service make this a worthy dinner destination. They also have a pretty nice selection of local craft beer at the restaurant.
