If you are a foodie, you'll want to know where to find the best burrito in Dallas. And if you think that phrase is some sort of hyperbole, call it something else if you like, but for our purposes, we're defining a “burrito,” at least for the purposes of this post, like this: …a flour tortilla stuffed with meat and often other ingredients (such as rice).
