B. Best Group Costume -- PRIZE: Valued at up $1000. Includes: VIP Lounge at a Select Concert at Legacy Hall for 6-8 people,$100 Hall Pass for Food and a $120 Beverage Tab.

Reservations are for groups of 6 or more and all members must be 21+ years old. A minimum drink package purchase is required with the VIP Lounge.
