With love in the air and celebrations underway, Fairmont Dallas invites true romantics to celebrate their affections in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Pyramid offers exquisite five-course, prix-fixe Valentine’s Day dinners on Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15 with seatings from 5 to 9:30 PM and live music to set the tone. Plus, guests may opt for optional wine pairings from Orin Swift and a guided tasting experience with a seasoned sommelier. Dinner is priced at $79/person. Reservations are required and on OpenTable.

Amuse-Bouche
- Mini Tomato Cornet with Lobster Salad.
Soup Du Jour
- Thai Coconut Curry Soup. Topped with crispy brown butter mushroom and grilled chicken, served with grilled ciabatta bread.
Starter
- Jumbo Lump Crab Cake. Topped with smoked pepper remoulade and Frisée garden.
Main Course (choose one)
- Pan Seared Halibut. Served with hibiscus cauliflower puree, pickled red onion, purple cauliflower florets, grilled radicchio, and Champagne vinaigrette.
- Lamb Chop. Served with purple potato puree, pickled red onion, purple cauliflower florets, grilled radicchio, and Champagne vinaigrette.
- Half Chicken. Served with celeriac puree, braised kale, and demi-glace.
