Event Details

Murph is a staple in the CF community, most commonly done every Memorial Day. This is by no means a easy or moderate workout, it is long and it will be tough. With that being said, it is a workout that we do as a community to honor the courage and sacrifice made by those who have given their lives to serve our country.

If you are new to CF or Murph, do not feel overwhelmed, we will modify the WOD to accommodate all levels.

"Murph"

1 mile Run

100 Pull-Ups

200 Push-Ups

300 Air Squats

1 mile Run

*With a 20 lb Vest or Body Armor


*Modification*


"Half Murph"

800m Run

50 Pull-Ups

100 Push-ups

150 Air Squats

800m Run



We will also be providing some post-workout protein and refreshments. Brisket and ice cold Topo Chicos will be on us, if you would like to bring your own sides and or refreshments feel free to do so! We hope to see you all there on the 27th!
