Presented by Dallas Area Coalition to Prevent Childhood Obesity, Dallas Mayor's Youth Fitness Initiative (MyFi) and the Community Council of Greater Dallas, the 10th Annual Get Kidz Fit Festival takes place in the Centennial Hall Building at Fair Park.

North Texas families: get ready for fun and excitement at the 10th Annual Get Kidz Fit festival at Fair Park! It’s a free, fun-filled wellness and nutrition expo designed to engage kids in healthy lifestyles.

Kids will enjoy a series of exciting games and activities, interactive and hands-on demonstrations, numerous sports, obstacle courses, and inflatables, plus high-energy performances at the Main Stage dance party. Parents will receive information on fighting childhood obesity, creating healthy habits, nutrition, food & cooking demos, activity booths, and more.

Have your kids take a break from “screen time” and get more involved in fitness. Free T-shirts for the first 500 kids. Free admission. Free parking. Come on out to Centennial Hall Building at Fair Park from noon to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 29 and join in on all the fun! Let’s Get Kidz Fit together!
