Operation Kindness has partnered with Pets for Life and the City of Carrollton to host a pet health clinic for the underserved community in Carrollton. Vaccinations, microchipping and city licenses will be available at no cost to low-income pet owners.

Operation Kindness has partnered with Pets for Life and the City of Carrollton to host a pet health clinic for the underserved community in Carrollton. Vaccinations, microchipping and city licenses will be available at no cost to low-income pet owners. The no-kill shelter will also provide spay and neuter humane education to attendees.
