WHO: Heroes for Children – a Texas nonprofit organization providing social and financial assistance to Texas families with a child aged 0 to 22 battling pediatric cancer – and Grind Burger Bar
WHAT: Burger lovers will have an awesome opportunity to support Texas families with a child battling cancer by ordering Grind Burger Bar’s new menu item – the Burger for a Cause. The Burger for a Cause, or BFC, is a monthly-featured specialty burger carefully crafted by Grind Burger Bar chefs. Heroes for Children will receive 50% of the profits of every BFC purchased.
DETAILS: The Grind Burger Bar BFC for the month of September is The Brink Burger, which features beef, fried scamorza cheese, sauteed onions and housemade marinara. Starting Thursday, Aug. 29, The Brink will be available for purchase at both Grind Burger Bar locations in The Colony and McKinney. Grind Burger Bar will donate 50% of every BFC sale directly to Heroes for Children.
WHEN: Thursday, Aug. 29, through Monday, Sept. 30. Locations are open weekdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends from 11 a.m. to midnight.
