Permanently Closed.. Casa Rubia is modern, full service and clean place in dallas. A full Spanish wine list, nice selection of sherries and Spanish, South American beers compliment the tapas menu. The crispy potatoes, chicken croquettes & pork short ribs. Everything is phenomenal. The Bocadillio, Chorizo Fritters, Diver Scallops and the Cauliflower. The desserts are perfect as well. Everything tasted very fresh and the flavors are on point. They also have a great selection of local craft beer at the restaurant.
