Each item on the menu is made to order; nothing is cut for your salad or sandwich until you have ordered it. At Eden, the customers' desires and comfort are foremost on their minds, and they allow you to order whatever you want even if it is not on their menu (if they have the ingredients, the chef will make it for you). Eden does not close between meals, nor pipe in loud music, so that you can relax and enjoy visiting with your dining friends.
