What: In their tradition of serving perfect gelato with pure ingredients, Botolino Gelato Artigianale will conclude their Chocolate Week (beginning January 8th with featured chocolate gelato and sorbetto flavors) by hosting special guest, Carmen Cantu, directly from Valrhona, Botolio’s partner in bringing the finest artisanal chocolate and custom creations to Dallas.
Ms. Cantu will be bringing samples for tasting and flavor insight of these varieties of chocolate:
Opalys 33% white
Dulcey 32% blond
Bahibe 46%- Single Origin from Dominican Republic
Illanka 63%- Single Origin from Peru
Guanaja 70%- 1st world wide dark chocolate
Araguani 72%-Single Origin Venezula
The First 50 guests will receive a Valrhona chocolate bar for free.
