Permanently Closed.. Victor Tangos is very famous and clean place in dallas. Intensely fresh cocktails. They have many different items: chicken liver paste-is pretty good, came with toasts, it is like a peanut butter paste texture.The taste is pretty good. Great for dates, groups, or prospecting. The plates include the marbles potatoes, the mussels, lamb chops, eel fried rice, the broccolini and the toffee cake (big portion) are very tasty. They also have a pretty nice selection of craft beer. The service is very excellent at the restaurant.
