Passion fruit Margarita. I should not have to say more, but I will. The margaritas were fab- no doubt about it. I had passion fruit and my husband had mango and both were delicious and alcoholic- just the way I like my margs! The food was delicious as well! Guacamole was fresh and fantastic, as was the "pollo a la parrilla cubierta con camarones y la cangrejo" - which was not only a mouthful to say, but a large portion of deliciousness. My husband of course opted for the extra healthy enchilada- which he loved. Our waiter was also very nice and quite hilarious. As a bonus our hotel (The Hyatt) gave us a gift certificate for a free appetizer! I'd def. check out RJ's again when in the area.
