The American Advertising Federation (AAF) of Dallas will host the 6th Annual Emerging Digital Showcase and Luncheon. The program is set for Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Campbell Centre, located at 8250 N. Central Expwy., Dallas, TX
Event Details
The Emerging Digital Technologies Showcase will feature companies that provide digital services and products showcasing their solutions and capabilities. Attendees will be able to network with these suppliers to learn more about their next generation solutions. The showcase runs from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., and lunch is served from 12:00 – 1:15 p.m. and includes the “Ask the Experts” Panel.
Using the hashtag #askAAF, users will be able to submit their questions directly via Twitter to an assembled panel of digital experts. The panel will be facilitated by Rob Garner, president of the Vine Foundation. The panel includes:
• Jay Friedman, COO of Goodway Group
• Hassan Bawab, CEO of Magic Logix
• C.K. Sample III, Executive Vice President of Technology and Development for Chaotic Moon Studios
• Jeremy Vest, CEO of Vidpow
Topics to be covered include video advertising, mobile advertising, ad fraud, ad blockers, programmatic issues, attribution products/technology, data analytics strategies and much more.
This month AAF Dallas will highlight The Mobile Food Pantry, a feeding program offered by The North Texas Food Bank as it’s featured nonprofit. Tania Boughton, chair of The Mobile Food Pantry will discuss how this unique program offers emergency food boxes that provide enough food for two people to eat up to four days. This program currently serves more than 800 families and 2,000 individuals in Dallas, Collin and Rockwall counties, serving those who are unable to access a food pantry in their neighborhoods.
