Major social media networks recreated how marketers leverage social media to increase brand recognition, improve brand loyalty and convert customers. The Strategy, Effectiveness & Measurement Luncheon panel discussion will explore this idea and feature expert panelists Bethany Evans, business consultant, social marketing communications, Southwest Airlines; Lindsay Jacaman, chief revenue officer, Speakeasy; and Sean Ryan, director of social and digital content, JCPenney. The panelists will share how social media brand strategy and measurement has shifted over the past three years and how technology is allowing social media tactics to become more effective. Tracking the impact of social media outlets enables companies to gain feedback on their consumers to better market their products. They will also comment on real case studies from their company and clients and how they are planning their budgets for 2016. The discussion will be moderated by Mike Orren, president of Speakeasy – a content marketing, social media and digital strategy agency that is a joint venture between Slingshot and A.H. Belo.
