After a person waits in line for 10 minutes for a coffee it is NOT appropriate to make the client wait another 10 minutes while an owner deals with a tea distributor. How hard is it to pour a coffee.....? Buisness should be about your clients and if you don't have enough staff to take care of your clients.. hire more.

Cons: one of the Owners was unbelivably rude to me one day. Horrid person and service. Will NEVER go to this place again. they obviously do not apprecaite and respect their clients.
