After you dine at the Original Pancake House, breakfast may be your only meal of the day. Swedish pancakes (with lingonberries and whipped butter), Danish Kijafa cherry crepes (filled and topped with Montmorency cherries in authentic Kijafa sauce), and strawberry waffles (topped with whipped cream) are among the specialties on the extensive menu. You almost have to see these delicacies to believe how delicious they actually are. Tasting them is just as sublime.
